Bar-Mitzvah

picture-19Here is a Bar-Mitzvah I did a few years ago.
The Bar-Mitzvah was for my friends son. It was so much fun to be able to help out and be a part of such a special time in their lives. The Bar-Mitzvah boy wanted a baseball theme. I found a great graphic that we used as a border for the invitations, rsvp cards and envelopes. We also used it on a few pages in the Bar-Mitzvah book that we made for each guest. I also made placecards in the baseball theme. Each table was a different baseball team and had the teams logo on it and the logo was also on the name card for each individual guest at that table.

The Bar-Mitzvah book was the most fun for me to make. I enjoyed the challenge of learning how to type the Hebrew, the transliteration and the English for the prayers. I also enjoyed finding and creating appropriate images for the book. Most of all, I enjoyed working with my friend, as she deliberated over what she wanted to say in the book, especially the words that she wanted to convey to her son and the words she wanted to use on behalf of her deceased parents. It was very touching and special for me to be able to share in these moments and to be able to help create a part of the magic that made that day so special.

Custom Cards

I have designed a few cards so that people can choose a card that they like but my specialty is in designing photo cards or personalized cards for individuals based on that persons preferences and tastes.

More recently I have been designing holidays cards for businesses and individuals with a variety of unique styles like, photo cards, cards that include a yearly newsletter, holiday specific cards, holiday non-specific, and cards that include company logos.

Included in this category are invitations, kid themed invitations, themed invitations, thank you cards, note cards, save the date cards, rsvp's and other inserts, birthday cards, wedding invitations, and the list goes on…

I also enjoy creating green alternatives to cards and invitations.
